By accessing or using Danserio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Danserio is an all-in-one ballroom dance club management platform designed to simplify scheduling, trainer management, dance couple administration, hall reservations, attendance tracking, and daily club operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@danserio.com of any unauthorized use.
Danserio offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
New Administrator accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danserio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
